The Research Project gives you the opportunity to study in detail an area that interests you. It is a subject that provides you with an opportunity to show your creativity and initiative. You will also develop your research skills and presentation skills. How you carry out the research and present your findings is your decision. After the Outcome
is completed you will have the opportunity to evaluate how successful you have been. It is very important to choose your research topic carefully. You need to learn something new and challenging. The subject is a compulsory Stage 2 subject and you must achieve a C- or higher to complete your SACE. It is worth 10 credits and is equivalent to one semester of work.
The Research Project has three parts:
